Daily Mile

For three years pupils at St Ninians School have been running a mile a day or doing fifteen minutes of exercise during the school day. Schools across the UK have begun to follow the example of the Primary School in Sterling, Scotland. With teachers noticing improvements in fitness, concentration and behaviour in the classroom, maybe your school could be next!
